Competitors will be judged on the balance of their physiques and on a lean healthy appearance.
Mr Fitness Model should be lean with low body fat, without extreme definition and vascularization.
Symmetry Round ... judge will call for a quarter turn to the right.
Contestants will be asked to walk onstage wearing their choice of evening/nightclub wear.
